Erkoflex-82 Clear

Field of use:

(see brochure Thermoforming technique and material card) Fabrication of Playsafe sports mouthguard, bracket transfer splints, positioners, duplications of training models and other soft splints.

Material properties:

Flexible material with high elasticity and dimensional stability. Erkoflex can be bonded by heat. Hardness app. 82 Shore A.

Finishing:

(see Thermoforming technique brochure)

The spacer foil should be taken off only after thermoforming and finishing. Finishing set Quick 2 (110 877) or scissors.

Plastification:

(for machines without heating time control) Place the foil in the devices in such a way that the spacer/insulating foil is pointing towards the model. Heat until foil sags slightly, then thermoform.
