Field of use:

(see brochure Thermoforming technique and material card) Moulded pieces, provisional crowns and bridges (as a template), gingival dressings and as a spacer for medication trays (e.g. fluoride) out of ERKOFLEX foils.

Material properties:

Soft, resilient material. Burns without residues. Does not bond to acrylics or composites.

Finishing:

(see brochure Thermoforming technique) Finishing set Quick 2 (110 877) or scissors. The spacer foil is taken off only after thermoforming and finishing.

Plastification:

(for machines without heating time control) Place the foil in the devices in such a way that the spacer/insulating foil is pointing towards the model. Foil rises and sinks, forms waves, becomes transparent and smoothes out, then thermoform.
