Erkoplast PLA-W

Field of use: 

(see brochure: Thermoforming technique) Erkoplast PLA-T/-W, for the fabrication of individual impression trays. Erkoplast PLA-R for the fabrication of base (bite) plates.

Material properties: 

Opaque white hard material with high torsional strength. Bonds to acrylate (Resilit-S, 817 501 + 817 503).
Use PLA- handles (222 500, 50 p. high / 222 550, 50 p. flat) to bond directly to Erkoplast PLA with heat.

Plastification:

(for machines without heating time control) Test softness of foil with an instrument. If permanent impressions result, thermoform.
