Field of use:

(see brochure Thermoforming technique and material card) As shrink-compensating spacer foil for production of moulded pieces.

Material properties:

Does not bond to Erkolen and Erkodur-C casting foils. Recommendation: Clear UZF-Cast for Erkodur-C and Erkolen-A, red and brown for Erkolen.

Plastification:

(for machines without heating time control) UZF-Cast is between model and casting foil. UZF-Cast is perforated (app. 3 – 5 perforations) to prevent air pockets. Plastify both foils together. Press as soon as perforations deform.
