Erkoflex-95

Field of use:

(see brochure Thermoforming technique and material card) Resilient, durable, highly comfortable occlusal splints which can be bonded with the Erkoflex-95 material in sticks (use the fusing gun) orocclusal splints adjustable by occlusal warming.

Material properties:

Flexible material with high elasticity and dimensional stability. Can be adjusted and bonded with the fusing gun (Erkoflex-95-sticks). Does not bond to acrylate. Hardness app. 95 Shore A.

Finishing:

(see brochure Thermoforming technique) Finishing set Quick 2 (110 877) or scissors. The spacer foil is taken off only after thermoforming and finishing.

Plastification:

(for machines without heating time control) Place the foil in the devices in such a way that the spacer/insulating foil is pointing towards the model. Heat until foil sags slightly and becomes clear, then thermoform.
